"This is to inform you of the excellent and professional service I received on 1-13-11. At 6:30 in the morning I called the local phone number and was greeted by a real and live person!. She indicated that she would call me back between 7:30 am and 8:00 am to tell me when she could get a tech to my house to repair the hot water heater that had been installed two years prior by Ben Franklin.

At 7:50 am sharp I received a professional and pleasant phone call that the plumber was on his way. He arrived promptly. fixed the heater, then found out what the real problem was. He diagnosed the improperly installed plumbing in the new and current remodeled bathroom. He made repairs to correct the situation.
